Die Städtische Strassenbahn Zürich (StStZ) beschaffte im Jahr 1900 die 42 Motorwagen Ce 2/2 85 - 126 bei SIG und SWS mit dem markanten Peckham-Untergestell. In den Jahren 1912-16 wurde bei allen Fahrzeugen der Achsstand von 1.66 m auf 2.0 m verlängert und der Anstrich etwas vereinfacht.
Aus dieser Serie hat der Ce 2/2 102 im Zürcher Trammuseum als betriebsfähiges Fahrzeug überlebt.
Das Navemo-Modell des Ce 2/2 85 repräsentiert das Fahrzeug im Zustand von 1916 mit Lyra-Stromabnehmer. Es ist mit oder ohne Antrieb in H0 und H0m erhältlich.
